I'm not sure there are enough good words to describe my experience with Amanda. She's an incredible agent and always has her buyers' best interest in mind. I started the home searching process a year before I was sure I was even going to do it and Amanda was right there to help me. Even though I wasn't certain that I would do it, she took a lot time out of her schedule to help me research, touch base with me regularly. This helped me that much more prepared when I was ready many, many months later. As we searched for homes, Amanda was always asking the right questions, some of which I didn't even know to ask. When I finally made an offer, Amanda guided me through everything, made recommendations for independent inspections, was always on my side, and more. She also texted or emailed weekly (if not daily) during the buying process so that my ducks were in a row, guaranteeing the process went smoothly. If you're looking for someone with insights about the area and enormous and valuable industry knowledge, Amanda is certainly the person for you. She's a must in this sometimes overwhelming process. She just makes it so much easier.
